At Cliffside guests may stay in one of three tastefully decorated rooms, each with its own private facilities. Both the double room and the twin room feature sea views. The twin room is equipped with ensuite facilities. The double room has an ensuite shower, a view of the garden, and French TV, and all rooms have TVs, clock radios, hairdryers, refrigerators, and tea and coffee making facilities. Free parking is available for motoring guests.

On the premises is a pleasant garden for summer breakfasts and afternoon relaxation. Lights have been installed in the garden for evening enjoyment, making it a splendid spot to curl up with a book on a balmy night. A barbecue is available for the use of guests staying more than one night.

From the garden there is a footpath which climbs 115 feet (35 m.) up to the Folkestone Leas. There are also paths which lead 82 feet (25 m.) down to the beach.
